FAQ'S
*WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY CAKE SMASH SESSION?
For cake smash /birthday sessions, we recommend booking in advance as early as possible . We can arrange the photoshoot from 11 month old any time or have it on the actual birthday .
*ARE THERE ANY EXTRA COSTS INVOLVED IN INCLUDING SIBLING
you can add siblings for an additional £50 If not included in your chosen package
*HOW TO PREPARE TO MY CAKE SMASH SESSION

Try to encourage your baby to nap before the session so they aren’t tired

Bring a favourite toy in case baby needs a break or distraction

Bring a drink in a Sippy cup – eating cake is thirsty work!

Bring some of your baby’s favourite snack with you to hide in the icing

Bring a small towel for baby

Bring a clean change of clothes for baby and for you for afterwards!
WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR CAKE SMASH:

Once you arrived we will have a little play and chat before the photoshoot start so your baby can get use to the environment.

I take a few portrait images of the birthday baby so you have a record of this important milestone

We change your little one into their cake smash outfit

We bring in the cake!

To clean up I bring out my tin bath and some lovely water

To finish we wrap your little one in a soft towel
*HOW LONG WILL I WAIT FOR MY PHOTOS:
Your fully edited gallery will be ready to view roughly two weeks after your session. This time will be depending on how soon you chose your selection from your online preview gallery . You will be invited back to the studio if you have print, USB or photo album to collect.
*WHAT IF I DON’T WANT ANY OF MY PHOTOS SHARED ONLINE?
You are under no obligation to agree to have any of your portraits shared publicly. On the day of your session you can mention your preference to our photographer Natali on the day and she will make sure to make an extra note in your contract.
*WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY SESSION?
If you need to reschedule your session, please get in touch no later than 72 hours before your appointment and we will rearrange for a suitable day and time. Keep in mind though, we will accept rescheduling of your session once before your booking fee will be considered lost.
*CAN I BOOK A PHOTO SESSION FOR A FRIEND OR A FAMILY MEMBER?
